License Grant
Aircontact grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the object code of its Software on a single computer.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AIRCONTACT SYSTEM SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.
This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss arising out of the use of or inability to use the software products or services.

Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By using our services, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
